I would highly recommend this auction house to anybody considering an item in an upcoming auction. First rate every step of the way.

The only problem I have is with the UPS system of email back and forth for quote and then to pay. Cumbersome. It is now 16 days since the auction and I still do not know for sure if my pieces have been shipped. I realize that the Christmas season probably didn't help but that is still a bit much. As far as the auction house everyone was helpful and I enjoyed my online bidding experience.

I have not yet received the item. I don't know when it will be mailed. I was given no opportunity to suggest mailing dates (so that I would be home to receive it) and I remain concerned that it will be delivered on a day I am not present to receive it. (The answers to questions # 1 and # 2 are only supplied as they are required-I do not yet know the answer). I was told I will receive a notice (for tracking) once the item is mailed. The receipt of this survey now has me concerned that the item was somehow mailed, and I should have receive it. It anyone reads this, please contact me ASAP at ********************. With regard to the pice itself, I have every confidence that it was accurately described and that I will be delighted once I receive it. Thank you, Bruce Judson
