Hi, I have used Live Auctions before, was very surprised with the buyer premium 27.5 % most other Auction houses are 18 % to 20 % Yes I did read your listing of Military items and premium! Hate to see what sellers premium is? This was my 1st time and last time with your auction!

Purchase occurred during holidays, and auction house had explained that timing might be slower than usual. Nevertheless, receipt of my purchase was timely and as described. I would deal with them anytime in the future.

The phrasing description needs to be exact for us internet buyers. I think all historical items should come with a authenticity, or represented to be without.

I appreciate that this auction house ships it's own items, at least the smaller ones, at reasonable rates. This solves the problem of having to contact various shipping agents for shipping quotes and getting "**********" (if you'll forgive me) for the extraordinarily outrageous shipping charges we are subjected to each and every time. As I sell these items to my customers, I know exactly how much it costs to safely ship these items, without the triple to quadruple charges that UPS, FedEx, etc. can, and do charge. We are at their mercy.

Auction was fine. UPS shipper they recommended originally quoted $70 for shipping a small item 40 miles from the auction house. After several phone calls and emails, it finally came down to $30. Most auction houses I have used on east coast will box an item for you and give it to shipper.

One lot was picked up. Nice man. however, the other lot that Liveauctioneers indicated I won, I did not get because I was told someone else got it for the same amount I had bid. Very disappointing because It showed I won the lot on line. Strange because I went to the auctioneer the day after the auction. Also I have had problems, not with this auctioneer but another. how do I register the other problems with the other auction house? Thank you.

The items we paid and received were in bad condition, there were cracks and chips on the jade pendants. We had to return all these defective items and they charged 10 % fee and it was not reasonable.

Since this was my first purchase from an on-line auction I was please with the fact that both the auction house & shipper were patient and helpful to a newbie like me.
