1923 American walnut grand player piano by Steinway and Sons, style XR serial number 222922, having a Aeolian Company dual art player , along with 70+ rolls, and complementary lift top bench; We do not guarantee soundboard or player mechanism, they appear to be in good condition; condition: case with very minor losses, see image; 39.5"H 58"W 75" lengthPiano technician came to evaluate piano for an interested party. Technician was able to tune player and piano plays beautifully. Technician observed a small separation crack in soundboard, as well as service label on underside of piano denoting service in 1991. They stated extensive restoration has been done to the piano, practically a full restoration. Consignor did state they had the piano serviced and restored, the cost being higher than they initial acquisition cost of the piano.
