BIDDING TERMS & CONDITIONS: BIDDING at the auction indicates your ACCEPTANCE of ALL our terms and conditions of sale. For payment, if you have a card on file with LiveAuctioneers, it will be automatically charged 72 hours after the end of the auction. If you utilize LiveAuctioneers payment processing system you maybe charged their processing service fee. All property is sold as-is, where is, without recourse and all sales are final. No Refunds. No Returns. 25% Buyer's Premium: There is a 25% Buyers Premium applied to each lot sold. Total purchase price will be: hammer price, buyer's premium and if applicable taxes. Applicable sales tax is applied by law; tax exempt individual/business must submit valid sales tax exemption documentation to auction platform or auction house. As a condition to registration and bidding, bidder agrees that they will not, under any circumstances, initiate a chargeback, and agree that they are waiving any chargeback rights that may exist under the agreement between the bidder and the bidder's credit card company. Bidders agrees that, should a chargeback be initiated, the bidder terms and conditions will be conclusive evidence of the bidder's waiver of any chargeback rights. Bidder agrees if a chargeback is successful, the buyer remains liable for the purchase price including any buyer's premium, plus costs of collection and attorney fees. All measurements and weights are approximate. PAYMENT: PAYMENT: Payment must be received/arranged within (3) days from auction date. Credit cards may be charged 3 days after auction date. South Jersey Auction accepts Cash, Known Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club and Wire Transfer (at buyers expense) as payment for items purchased. Invoices will be emailed to the successful bidder within one (1) business day of the Auction. Due to the uncontrollable nature of the delivery of email, non-receipt of an 'Email Invoice' does not preclude you from your responsibilities for payment if you were a winning bidder. If you have participated in the Auction, you are encouraged to inquire regarding whether or not you were the winning bidder. Please note that LiveAuctioneers does not share your credit card information that you supply them to activate a bidder paddle with the our auction house and we do not have paypal.
