This could not have been a better and more fun experience. Registering and bidding was easy and I was on from the first item to the last. Thought it was a great way to get the fun of an auction in the COVID world. Would have liked to hear the auctioneer but hey it was just the same. Then pick up and payment was a snap. They emailed me my total and I walked in paid and was back on the road in less than 10 min. The items I bought were as described and did not have any issues with quality or getting. Something I was not expecting.

Very easy to deal with, honest and fair. Would highly recommend for customer service and shipping in-house. Did EXCELLENT job packing & honest value shipping charges.

The overall experience was amazing. Everything from bidding online to when I went to get my purchase. When I arrived the people working were so helpful and kind. They helped me load my item purchased, which was actually pretty heavy, with smiles and sweetness. Will buy again, hopefully soon!!!

I recently bid on several signs. I’m pleased with the items as they were accurately described. The items were professionally packaged and shipped within days of the auction completion. The staff was professional and responsive to my questions. Thanks!

I buy at auction almost daily, but had never bid with Redlands. I purchased two items and found them to be very responsive, helpful beyond what was required. The follow up was over and beyond. I have bid with a few auction houses and find Redlands to be really right up there as top quality. I must say though that there are some bad ones such as the one that uses the abbreviation of a major U. S. city located In Beverly Hills. It’s been almost 3 weeks and I’m still awaiting shipment from them.

This auction company is one that can be trusted. Their items are accurately described and they respond quickly to any questions. I would definitely recommend them.

Items were as described and happy with those. Only disappointing aspect of buying at Redlands is that they only work with UPS and US Postal Service which for international buyers is a pain. The shipping fee was (extremely) expensive and I would have been able to ship with other couriers, however the only options were those above.

i highly recomend redlands antique auction. very fast shipping and payment was simple. most of all the items i won sere EXACTLY as described. i will be looking forward to their next online auction.
