Very pleasant experience. People at Nadeau’s were courteous, professional and responsive. Payment and shipping processes were easy. Will bid at their auctions again.

Highly Professional

My purchased items finally arrived (two weeks or more after purchase and after many emails and calls from me) intact via a local shipper recommended by Nadeau's, but the auction house did not inform me up front that a personal check would be held 10 days for clearance. Had I known I would have used a credit card (an extra 3 % charge). Nadeau's staff responded politely and somewhat timely to my emails but never took initiative to let me know the status of my payment, purchase pickup, or any other matter. I can recommend them with these caveats. The items were as described and arrived very well packed.

The items I won were better than I was expecting and the shipping of my items was much quicker than I'm used to with other auction houses. This was my first time bidding with Nadeau's Auction Gallery and hopefully, there will be more in the future... Many thanks for a great on line auction event and experience

I picked up my item in person from Nadeau's and was very impressed with the organization of the Auction House. Everything was clean, people were wearing masks, and the process was quick. I would not hesitate to purchase other items through them.

NAG was easy to do business with, helpful with my questions and pickup was easy too.

Watch the discount for paying in cash. It only applied to the auctioneers commission, not the items purchased.

I was very pleased to win the two Tibetan books at the auction on 30 October. I travelled extensively in the Indian Himalayas, including Sikkin, Lahul and Himachal Pradesh and Nepal in the 1980s, writing about the region, including about the Tibetan community in Dharamsala, and never found such books for sale in the antique shops, although admittedly this was not Tibetan/Chinese territory. Nevertheless, the Buddhish monasteries of India, Sikkim and Nepal are a cultural continuum to Tibetan Buddhist culture. So I am thrilled to have these Tibetan Sutras in my possession. Nadeau's gave me excellent customer service throughout. Their representatives answered my queries rapidly and were always very helpful. They provided UPS all the information they needed to relay to me in terms of transport details. Definitely Nadeau's Auction House can be held up as an example on how to provide exemplary customer service, an attribute often missing in businesses, no matter what sectors one is talking about. I look forward to doing business with Nadeau's again.

Very quick shipping, easy transaction

This is my second time winning with Nadeau's and their descriptions are both accurate and honest. Additionally, they were very helpful in assisting me with shipping. I look forward to their future auctions.

This was my first time ever bidding for art in an auction, so I was a little intimidated, but Nadeaus made it easy. Thanks for your warm welcome and helpfulness on the phone and in person at pickup!

My first purchase with them, and I am not happy; my lot was not as expected, and even after I emailed them to release it to my shipper they still charged me sales tax.

Great shipping and invoicing, items just as described. People leaving bad reviews clearly don't understand auctions.
