They always deliver a ton of high quality items in every auction they have & I always find at least a couple of things I end up buying every time...

I would of hoped all auction house perform in house shipping!

Don’t believe it when you’ve won an item online from Ahlers and Ogletree. I won an item at auction and immediately received confirmation online, followed by an email confirming the same. Excited about my purchase, I bought a replacement marble top in anticipation of receiving the item. When I called Ahlers and Ogletree to make payment and schedule pick-up, I was told that I did not win the lot, that their staff had made a mistake, and that they had sold the item to another bidder. I requested that Robert (the owner) contact me. No attempt was made to resolve my disappointment and, several weeks later, I have still received no response from the auction house owner. Buyers be aware.

We are super pleased with this auction house. We live three hours drive away and were unsure how we would manage to load the heavy furniture we had purchased into our truck. They assured us they were a "full service" auction house and they were wonderful! Two gentleman wrapped our hutch in the moving blankets we had brought and then supplied plastic to carefully over wrap. Then they loaded it in the truck for us. Really appreciated the entire experience buying from this auction house.

On the auction listing the globe was described as c. 1890, but having looked at it, amongst the place names are Leningrad which places the globe after 1924. This makes the dating over 34 years out of what was listed and what I was expecting, and greatly effects the value. After complaining to Ahlers & Ogletree they agreed to deduct an appropriate amount to match the value for a globe of the correct date, and I'm happy with their customer response

This Auction House is one of the most respectful group of people that I have ever met. The owners are never too busy to answer your question, and the staff seem to love there job because they handle the business as if it’s there own, And I mean the entire staff. As a team they seem to be very respectful toward one another. And most of all they are trustworthy. Brenda

They have great products, are friendly and somewhat helpful on the phone and have a list of UPS stores and such nearby that will pack and ship. I'd bought one lot 4 small items, and it cost $180.00 to package and ship to Honolulu. (Had each piece been sent via USPS flat rate, it would've been $60.) One of the other contacts they sent me quoted $400! I'll be cautious next time they have something I can't live without. But... the auction house itself fulfilled it's obligations in a professional and courteous manner.

I bid and buy from many regional auction houses. Ahlers and Ogletree is ALWAYS well listed, well photographed, and items offered are valued fairly These people know what they are doing and know what they offering. Super high integrity and very responsive. There staff is not only knowledgeable but they are also kind human beings who are very service oriented. They want to make the experience positive for both the buyer and seller, NO GAMES PLAYED HERE! In my experience, Robert Ahlers and the Ahlers and Ogletree team is the number one source for auction items in the South! Chris

Outstanding staff, reaponsive, helpful, AO has auctions frquently. They offer a curated mix of eclectic and classic pieces.. the management staff and owners are very attentive to customer needs.. it feels like they want to create a relationship and to not just have you bid on "stuff" I am a dealer and I find items of value for both my clients and my personal home.. Auction house was very easy to work with. Was happily able to asssit with sending more photos and information regarding the lot prior to the Auction Date. Was able to win the lot and was easy to coordinate the shipping and necessary documents to release the painting. Highly recommend this Auction House and I have purchased many items through live auctionners and this is one of the best auction houses to work with A + + + + + + +
