I had a great experience with Abell Auction. Bidding online was very easy, I received the invoice on the same day after the auction for the day was finished. I called the next day to ask questions regarding details for pick up, since I hired a shipper to pick up my items, and the person on the phone was very helpfulI and answered all of my questions. She told me that my items were ready for pick up since I have already made my payment online with a credit card. She told me everything I needed for my shipper to have ready when picking up my items and including the time frame for pick up. It's also good to know that they offer in-house shipping and provide a quote for the shipping service for those who don't have experience in hiring their own shipper. Overall I was very happy with my experience!

Process first to last was uncomplicated. Wonderful to have shipping handled in-house. Packing and shipment was reasonable for complexity and weight of the bronze statue. Never have I received any shipment better protected! Thank you!
