Overall I had a great experience with the auction house. The description was right on, payment method simple and the item arrived in a timely manner.

My poster was delivered with the package flattened with 4 sets of tire marks on it. I contacted Rare Posters and they filed a claim and were able to find me another one in record time. The 2nd one delivered was perfect. Truly appreciated their prompt response and customer service.

I have participated in online auctions for many years and most of the time, I would describe my experience as good. Occasionally, I have had a poor experience and occasionally a great experience. I rarely write a review. But my one auction experience with Rare Posters recently was excellent. Every aspect of the auction, the packaging and shipping and customer service was really positive. The items were all as described, the auction went smoothly, the payment process went smoothly, my inquiries were answered promptly and professionally, the packaging was well done and the shipping was very quick. I would definitely participate in another Rare Posters auction and would highly recommend them to others.
