Chinese Jade, Ceramics, and Art - No Reserve

Oakridge Auction Gallery begins our May 2024 Arts of Asia auction with a showstopping 236 lots of no reserve porcelains, jades, and other fine works of art. The auction begins with thirty-fix lots of carved jade and precious stones, including lapis lazuli, malachite, agate. Prominent amongst these is a substantial white jade chained vase, which sits elegantly atop its well-made hardwood stand. Collectors of fine Chinese and Vietnamese porcelains will welcome the central section of this auction, where we feature items of all forms, scales, and periods, including a substantial collection of Song dynasty vases. Highlights include a pair of ?scholar? plaques painted by Liu Xiren and a unique coral red-ground bowl with blue and white registers. Finally, the auction concludes with numerous bronzes, carved woods, and decorative furniture pieces, all well-suited to complement any home or collection.
