I've been through five auctions with the Larsen's. My wife and I bought our first major piece of art from the Larsen Auction and we've bought four others since then. Naturally, we were nervous the first time, but any anxieties were quickly erased once we spoke with Polly, Scott and their staff. After our first experience, we decided that we will participate in every auction they produce. We look forward to it and we save for it because they are able to curate such wide variety art in multiple genres at different price points. If your new to auctions, or very experienced, the Larsen Auction and gallery should be on your radar. Finally, to make matters even better, they have the best auctioneer booked for these events.

I bought a valuable loose print and a framed print, Larsen spoke with my shipper to make sure they packed things protectively so they would arrive undamaged.

Highly recommended for an insider connection to the emergence of contemporary art in the Southwest. First rate knowledge, experience and service.

Painting condition was worse than expected and should have been noted. I will not buy from this auction house again.

This is one of the 3 best Southwest art auction houses in the United States. As a dealer of fine art, I wish they had 4 a year, but they concentrate on high quality, and only do 1 per year.
