Very expensive shipping

I emailed my payment info with in 4 days of sale and continued to get invoices. I email again and then left my info on their answering machine. What the ********** am I suppose to do drive it to them. Still sending me invoices and threatening to file a dispute! Get grip and straighten out your company!!

One item appeared to be repainted but was not mentioned in the listing. Also, no notice of cash discount on the buyers fee was mentioned before I paid through PayPal. Overall, though I would buy from again.

buyers premium a little high

The outside shippers have enormously high rates and gouge the process to pad the bill using unlimited amounts of bubble wrap which they charge too much for to increase their pay. They also overly wrap each little item to again take more time which is how they base their rate and thus make more money. It makes me hesitant to buy here again and it is not the auction co. fault.

This was my first experience with this auction house and I was very impressed and would bid with them again. The UPS store in Hatfield was also wonderful to deal with-the price was reasonable and the packing of an antique doll one of the best I've ever seen.

The auction house needs to be clearer about shipping process and that the customer must arrange for the shipping.

Still have not received the item. My inquiries are ignored.

My only negative experience was the buyers premium. It seems to be a going thing lately and something buyers have to deal with, but it would be nice if they could be lower. I am sure the auction houses are already getting a good percentage from the sellers profit.
