Four Telegrams sent by Richard Nixon, during his campaigns and as President:
1. October 20, 1958 - Telegram to Seymour Halpern in which Nixon (as Vice-President in the Eisenhower administration) lays out "talking points" for the final weeks of the campaign.
2. August 21, 1968 - Telegram to Seymour Halpern. Nixon, here campaigning for the Presidency, discusses international trade policies affecting the textile industry.
3. November 5, 1970 - Telegram to Seymour Halpern congratulating him for retaining his House seat. Nixon was President at this time.
4. November 1, 1972 - Telegram to Miss Edna Dower, President of the Kew Forest Regular Republican Club, but actually indirect congratulations to Seymour Halpern following his years of service in Congress. (4 items)
