In addition to conducting sales at our auction galleries in Hillsborough, the staff is seasoned in the mechanics of conducting on-site auctions, regardless of distance from our home base. The company has conducted sales all over the country: from selling the contents of a castle in Berkeley Springs, WV, to grand estates in Charleston, SC. The sale management is comprehensive, including the set up of video and monitoring equipment, tents, arranging local advertising and setting up our sophisticated software equipment.
LLAES has an innovative web site which allows prospective bidders to view the entire catalogue on-line. Each lot will have a lot number, object(s), description of object(s), and a professional photograph of the lot. Our web site also has the capability to run “real-time” on-line bidding during the live auction via EBay live auctions.com. Bidders are able to register for the sale, leave absentee bids in advance of the sale, and/or bid during the live auction.
